💡 Quick Tip of the Day: Replace That Sponge

Still using the same sponge from last month? Time to toss it.

Used sponges:

  • Can harbor millions of bacteria per square inch

  • Often spread more germs than they remove

  • Lose effectiveness within 7–10 days (sooner with heavy use)

✔️ Tip: Use colour-coded cloths or sponges for different areas (e.g., red = toilet, blue = general surfaces).
✔️ Wash microfiber cloths on high heat weekly—or replace monthly.

 🧠 Did You Know?

Mixing bleach with vinegar, ammonia, or lemon juice can release toxic chlorine gas or chloramines. Even small amounts can be dangerous to your lungs, eyes, and nervous system.

Reminder: Always read labels. Always clean in well-ventilated spaces.
